Zelda,a smallish Blue Tick Coonhound,from a rural,overcrowded shelter in Ohio.Zelda came to Oregon with 6 other dogs I pulled from the shelter.She was found chained to barrel,covered in fleas,her front teeth worn past the gums from trying to chew herself free.She was full of parasites,in heat and had the worst case of skin dermatitis ever seen by her initial veterinary.Rescued March 2018.
